Phil Taylor, Lead Pastor
As the lead pastor, Phil has a gift for delivering timely, relevant messages that will impact your life in a positive, powerful way. He has served at The Connection as the lead pastor since its inception in 2010. He and his wife Debbie have five children, the younger two still living at home. Phil has planted several churches in the south Texas region and has a heart for the San Antonio area.

Debbie loves people. She works hand in hand with Phil and has a passion and gift for motivation and encouragement. Debbie has a background in music and is an integral part of the worship team at the Connection.
