You may have questions about what to expect at The Connection. We want to answer your questions so you’ll be as comfortable as possible when you attend The Connection for the first time. If you don’t see your question below, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
What will we do?
The Connection meets every weekend on Sunday afternoons at 1:00. We meet at 11503 Big Mesa for an exciting time of worship and relevant teaching from the Bible. Our band leads us in worship, followed by a message from Phil about practical truths from God’s Word. We believe our Worship Gathering will be an experience you won’t forget. Services are always fun and energetic with a mixture of music, media, and messages.
What about my kids?
The Connection is excited about kids! Our Childrens Church is designed specifically with your child in mind. We provide a safe and fun environment where our children ages 2-8 can have a blast learning about Jesus. Your child will experience crafts, games, videos, and Bible stories led by caring people who love to share God’s Word in creative ways. Children 9 and up attend the worship service. Pastor Phil tailors his messages toward the children and the youth as well as the adults as he teaches, drawing them in with thought provoking questions and illustrations.
How long does it last?
Each Worship Gathering lasts approximately an hour and a half.
What should I wear?
We’re more concerned with meeting your real life needs than what you wear. Most people will dress in casual weekend attire, so dress how you feel comfortable and you’ll fit right in. Shorts and flip flops are always appropriate!
How do I get there?
We’re meeting at the The Springs, 11503 Big Mesa, San Antonio, Texas 78245.
